"We’ve been ordering from a different cabinet company for several homes we’ve renovated in the last three years. We just discovered Cabinets To Go and the bid is $1500 less than we’ve been paying! Additionally, we can have them in a week which is a month sooner than the previous company. This is great. We’ll definitely use them again!"

"Agree with another reviewer. The cabinets received were not the quality in the store. The assembly clips were misaligned. The paint chipped just getting them out of the box. Our salesperson ordered the wrong size for us so my husband took them back immediately, especially after seeing how junky they were, and they are still charging us restocking and shipping, around 500$ for absolutely nothing. This was for an 89” vanity. I recommend going elsewhere. Stinks, besides the money there is the time invested in junk. Now…after many attempts to contact customer care and Molly from below…..nothing. They still have nearly 500$ of our money and will not refund it. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They seem to enjoy ripping ppl off and send snide responses like “have a great night”. They are thieves and they know it, right Terri? Have a great day."

"Cabinets to go has made this process seamless! We have been able to schedule a measurement and a meeting for an estimate all in one week. They are easy to work with, patient, and want to make our kitchen dreams come true. We highly recommend working with them! EDIT: While the process of measuring, designing, and ordering was seamless, the install and warranty customer service has been atrocious. We had 6 cabinet doors that came in bowed and needed to be replaced under the warranty. In addition, our lazy Susan/corner cabinet door was installed incorrectly. It took weeks for the installer to pick up the doors from the store and reach out to replace them. When they came out to replace them, they did not have all of the necessary doors in the order. This meant that we had to start the process again, with the two additional doors being ordered. Our installer has been unresponsive. When the additional doors finally came in, they did not respond to inquiries for scheduling. We were texted on a Sunday night asking if they could come on Monday morning. We work, so that was not possible. Two days later, my husband received a text message asking if we were home because they were coming to install. He had to LEAVE WORK to meet them...only to realize they had the WRONG DOORS AGAIN. At this point, I would not recommend working with Cabinets to Go, mostly because of the customer service and the install/warranty process. I'm so very disappointed."
