"I’ve been renting from your company for about 10 years and have paid off a lot of merchandise and never had any issues with my account and other staff. But the way Wendell has been at the office our accounts have been messed up and the way Wendell treated my wife yesterday at the office when she tried to get our accounts fixed he kept walking away getting food and eating in front of her at desk and made her wait while her husband and 8 month old grandson waiting in the heat for him to do his job and take care of her. So as of today we will no longer be a valuable customer . We no longer have any of your products and wish your customer service was better. Thanks"
"If I could give a negative star I would. Fell behind on payments due to personal reasons and told them I would do partial payments to catch up and they refused. Then they sent someone to my home to bang on the door like a hammer hitting a nail and non stop calls the phone. Gave the items back and will NEVER refer nor use them again! Windell the manager & Alexandria & the lady who bangs on the doors! Everyone I speak woth will know NOT to EVER shop there!"
