Carroll at Rivery Ranch Apartments 800 Wolf Ranch Parkway, Georgetown, TX 78628

"I love living at this apartment. The apartment itself is a very reasonable price for the location and proximity to Austin, and also for the excellent location in Georgetown. We are close to everything we need. I pulled into the parking lot here to take a call and thought I would look up the apartment, but knew it would not be in our price range. We were very excited to see that it was. The pool is the amazing, it is the best pool I have swam in. It is large, has a great enclosed kitchen, gas grills, covered seating and awesome cabanas. There is also a nice fire pit and seating area right off the pool area. Every time we go swimming I take it in and am very thankful to have such an awesome pool. We love swimming and it is an amazing experience every time. The pool area is beautiful. I hate wearing goggles, and there are no chemicals and do not have to wear them when I swim. The theater room is great too. We enjoy the activities there, and when there are not activities and it is empty we watch sports or movies in there. It is a great experience. Whenever I have needed something fixed they are quick and there are no hassles. Even after looking up on YouTube I was unable to figure out how to remove the stopper to my shower and unclog the drain. There is no problem and they come in and unclog it. My burner on my broiler went out and they fixed it right away. It is very helpful to be able to rent a washer and dryer for a very low monthly price, have them moved in, and not have to worry about them. That option was a life saver. Ashely is great, and I love working with her and everyone else. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make home a great place. There is such a relief of stress living here."

"This complex is a great place to call home! Ashley & Roxy helped us through the leasing process every step of the way. They were quick to respond to our emails and calls, engage with the community frequently, and they're always very welcoming when we happen to drop by the office! Ashley makes sure there are fun resident-led activites and food trucks each month, which is something we lacked in previous apartment leases. The pool is kept clean thru the summer, and the staff keeps the grounds neat. We had our AC start to go out twice at the beginning of summer-unfortunately that's a normal part of Texas heat, and the friendly maintenance crew showed up within 30 minutes for repair (our apartment never even had time to get uncomfortably toasty). We've never had a pest problem, trash left everywhere, or troublesome neighbors either. Very quiet, well-established, friendly community."

"We just ended a lease here after 2-3 years. We were some of the earlier residents. We were grateful to find Carroll at the time we did, and now that our lease has ended, grateful for all the times and memories there. Roxy, Ashley, maintenance crew and everyone who've we've interacted with through the years there were always nice, professional and available, whether it was phone, email, etc. The buildings are new, the location is great and convenient (close to shopping, freeways for commuting, new HEB, in a growing city in Georgetown, etc). You can literally walk to home depot, a movie theater or some fine dining. We never had issues with our neighbors. The office tries to organize different events throughout the year, and although the building sometimes gets hit with some unexpected surprises due to weather in TX, they stay positive and keep the grounds maintained. Only thing to caution is that the Wolf Ranch Pkwy is increasingly busy, and having the city aid residents with some traffic control there would be helpful to allow residents a safe entry/exit whether walking or in car. I emailed the city about a year back and they said the intersection is on their radar. However, that's to no fault of Carroll. Would recommend anyone (single, couple, married, with kids, seniors, etc) to live there! The primary residents were my mom and aunt, and for a period my brother. It worked for everyone. "It is such a pleasure to be a part of this community. Things are so different than they were at my previous apartment. I've gotten to know my neighbors, the office staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating, and maintenance (who actually respond to calls here!) is hardworking and personable. I'm not good with names, but I'm looking forward to living here long enough to know all of them! I just can't say enough how much my family and I are pleased to be here, and I cannot recommend it enough!"

"After much online research I decided to make an appointment to see the apartment at Carroll at Rivery Ranch. I met with Ashley Robinson. She's an outstanding member of the team, she was very knowledgeable of the community and the apartment life. On the walk through she answered all of my questions. She took me around the community and showed me all the amenities. Once I decided to rent here, she was very patient with me as I had a million questions. This community has lived up to all my expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is well appointed, they missed no details here! This is definitely a place you can call home! Do your own research but come take a look at our community and be sure to ask for Ashley!"
