"GPA has been amazing! From the very beginning, they've been very responsive and super helpful. I was looking for a place and I needed something fast and affordable; they made it happen. I was worried because my credit is not... good. The application process was quick and painless and they were able to get me moved in in no time. This past month, life happened and my rent was VERY past due. To say they were sympathetic and understanding- would be an understatement. I am very grateful to and for them."

"Moved into a unit in October. Moved out in under 3 months. The place is absolutely crawling with roaches. And not a big one here and there. The little ones that show an infestation. I couldn’t walk into my kitchen without seeing one, and I’m an extremely clean person. Had the place sprayed by the complex and sprayed it myself; made no difference. You also have to pay rent over an app called Domuso that doesn’t accept partial payments, so you should just be able to log in, pay the balance, and not worry right? Wrong. Their app charged me the wrong amount 2 months in a row, causing my roommate and I to have a $900 balance when the office finally caught it. No offer from management to make it right. Just offered to evict us if we didn’t pay by this month. I signed an addendum to take my name off the lease 2 months ago and don’t think they’ve even done it yet. DO NOT move here. It’s disgusting and management and staff are incompetent."

"Let me tell you about Kayla. She is amazing at what she does. After submitting my application, Kayla walked me through everything every step of the way. Where she shows just how bright she could shine was when a few big obstacles came up. Turned out that my future apartment ran into a couple issues and wasn't able to be moved into at the set date. We found this out 2 days before my move. My personal situation required me to leave my current place extremely ASAP. Kayla was able to work with me with some options and came down to a solution that would resolve some of my biggest stressors. She is kind, polite, and fantastic at her job. 6 out of 5, would recommend"

"I have lived here 6 yrs and have loved living here. Elaine the manager is super she is one of the best managers I have dealt with since living in apt for the past 30 yrs. She is very caring and works hard on trying to resolve any issues we have and keep the complex nice and clean and well looked after. Any time I have a problem the maintenance guy is so great at getting it done quickly and done right. He is so helpful, so nice and very trustworthy. In the 6 yrs I have lived here I have never had and safety or theft issues. I feel very safe here. It is a safe, clean, well maintained, quite older complex with newly remodeled apts. I would recommend anyone to live here if they are looking for a nice calm place to live."

"If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. I would definitely not live here thinking that it’s a better deal. You’re getting what you pay for. It’s better to just pay a few hundred more and live in a much nicer complex. I lived here for a year and a half. The first 6 months were okay, but started noticing things that were not cool very early on. The parking is terrible and very inconvenient, it seems that there aren’t enough spaces for everyone and when it’s full you need to park on the street. Not to mention how narrow it is. There are people that are constantly walking the street and there were even times where people who weren’t residents there were laying out on the lawn being disruptive and nothing was done about it. There were several times that strangers would knock on my door in the middle of the night and try and open the door because it’s not gated and anyone can walk up. Someone once even tried to break into my apartment in the middle of the day. The “amenities” are nasty. The “laundromat” is a couple of very outdated washers and dryers. I always went to a nicer laundromat, because on top of that, clothes were getting stolen. The pool is unclean and not nice at all, never once used it while I lived there. Neighbors were creepy. Materials in apartment were very cheap and would break easily. There were mice and you could hear them in the walls and they would chew the carpet whenever I wasn’t there. My heating/ac unit was messed up and the ceiling would leak in the bathroom. When I called maintenance to fix it it was still not fixed. When I decided to break my lease, everything was paid in full and on time, yet even after moving out I was still getting billed for things and told that they were for one thing by one person in the office, and then would get a paper saying that it was for something else. Overall, not worth the headache. It’s unsafe and unclean. Look somewhere else."
