"Bexley Round Rock is an amazing place to live. We have been here almost a year and were very nervous about moving into an Apartment from a home. Our place is so quiet and peaceful. Everyone we have met in our building has been so nice. Our daughters have met wonderful people here and even picked up dog-sitting jobs. The amenities are great! Our pup loooves the dog park and dog wash. Our kids love the clubhouse and pool. They love that they can take a cup down to the clubhouse and get coffee or hot cocoa to drink while waiting for the bus in the mornings. Valet Trash has been an amazing perk. Plus they are a super nice crew. Even if we walk to trash down, they always offer to take it from us. The leasing staff is super nice and always are willing to help out and answer questions for us since we are new to the apartment life. Brandy, Yesenia, Chelsea, and Jason are all friendly and prompt. They even do community events every so often. We have attended all of them and they are so fun! It is a great family event and a great way to get to know the staff and the neighbors. I truly look forward to the next one. I am a pretty shy person and these events have really helped me break out of my shell and meet new people. The maintenance staff is outstanding! John, Blue, & Mona are the friendliest and most efficient crew I have seen. They are always on top of things and answer questions so you know why it is broken and what they are doing to fix it. They are accommodating and professional. Our AC went out over the summer and they promptly provided us a portable AC and made sure we had updates on the progress of the issue. The AC was fixed in no time. We were so grateful for their hard work. My kids have said several times.. I am so glad we move here or I really like it here. These are teenagers who don't like anything so to hear that, it is amazing. Thank you Bexley for providing us with a home. :)"

"Best BANG for your buck in the area! Jason was exceptionally helpful in giving us a tour and guiding me through the application and leasing process. They even host events such as karaoke night with drinks provided! Really great study space and a pleasant atmosphere overall. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking, I will definitely be resigning."

"I met with Brandi this weekend to see if Bexley would be a good spot to relocate in the near future. She was very friendly, easy to talk too and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I enjoyed looking around to see how well the place was maintained, learned more about fees and utilities, and just getting a feel for the place. The apartment layouts are done well with the most use of space kept in mind. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I am hopeful they will have availability when I am ready to move. "Dave and I have been at Bexley Round Rock for almost a year and love it here! Convenient location, close to so much!. Walking distance to quick stop stores and a few restaurants. The outlet mall, HEB, Wolf Ranch Mall, Medical and Dr's. We have 3 colleges around us, Texas State, Austin Community College and Texas A&M Science Campus. The Office Staff is wonderful, helpful. Josh and Brandi are always smiling and quick to say "Hi What can I help you with!" The Maintenance Staff is great and so attentive to our requests. The grounds are well kept and very beautiful. There is a pond onsite and we get to watch the birds and turtles. It's an easy walk to the mail and package center where our purchases are delivered and are safely locked up. We just signed another year lease! So happy to stay. Diane and Dave Albright"
