When an incident happen and the alarms went off my grandson was scared and panic the amazing staff took him with them and calmed him down until I could get to him, how amazing to know they care that much , that’s not something you get just anywhere. "I'd like to start off by saying Natalie and Janell professionalism is impeccable. I walked in there originally with stress levels high explaining to them my military spouses situation and me needing to find a place as quick as possible. Although, I know for a fact I was a pain in their rear, I could never tell from their attitudes. They were NOTHING but helpful, and I can't emphasize how sweet and patient Janell was with me. After signing a lease, I then expressed last minute that I wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit and again, they were so very kind, and understanding of my decisions. I seriously can't thank these ladies enough! Janells genuine care for her clients that walk in is so nice to come across when from past experiences, we have not received that. She is a true agent to your complex and regency and I hope she is recognized for her best efforts. She truly made me feel so at home since my 1st tour and I feel blessed and fortunate that I had her help with locking in on my unit as quick as I needed. I've been in 3 complexes in the Georgetown area and I can 100% strongly say that this one is by far my favorite! The community is beautiful and the inside of these units are absolutely gorgeous with great finishes and amenities. Thank you again Janell and Natalie! You've made me feel so at home and welcomed. "This place it looks nice but it really is not, neighbors upstairs are noisy, they are supposed to be a safe place but is not. People from outside can enter the building by one side of the parking Garage and enter by stairs. They also offer Gas to make barbecue but is not working This place is just pretending to look nice but is not. It’s a joke. Don’t move here! They offer now a tv for free and 2 months for free and they used to have free coffee and now they charge for coffee. It’s ridiculous. Also I didn’t like the staff they are not nice as they don’t know how to talk to tenants and they are also gossiping in all the building. They want to know about people’s life This place sucks"
