"Beware don't rent here, Kisha the manager and Josiah, took pleasure in saying my application was approved multiple times and then saying it was still half done, I was told I could pick up keys and then when I got there I couldn't because again my application was not again completed, luckily I didn't have movers waiting, I did however have to cancel the movers due to the incompetence of these people. I called home office never heard back, so clearly the manament company improves of this inappropriate behavior.Never got to see the apartment because Josiah Brought the wrong keys and laughed about it while my elderly mom was with me in the freezing cold. I did get to see the outside walkway of the apartment was covered in the neighbors trash making almost impossible to get to the front door anyways. I was also told so many different rent amounts and move in cost they just asked for more and more money. Even now that I dodged a bullet by canceling they are still asking for more money! And didn't return my deposit! Money well lost if you asked me, unfortunately the other 1 star reviews are true."

"My son recently moved out of this complex and I am glad he did. Springs has caused nothing but troubles for him. They are constantly mistreating their tenants are very shady. Their maintenance crew are constantly changing, meaning they have high turnover with their employees - very big concern. The property is very poorly maintained and dirty. They use situations such as storms as laughing situations instead of insuring their tenants are safe and protect. I am glad he moved out of there. Definitely would never recommend anyone to live here. Their management is very poorly handled."

"This place is an absolute joke. Management is constantly lying and taking back what they say. They refuse to ever to put something in writing because they know they will want to lie about in the future. I had a doctor note that they accepted about my pet. Only to find out a few weeks later they don't want to accept it. I asked them to please email me that they are overlooking my doctor's note since they already accepted it and they would not because they knew they already had accepted it. This is a legal issue for overlooking a doctors note after accepting it. They used the hail storm as a money grab opportunity to get people to buy garages and carports instead of making sure their tenets are safe and are okay. This was very upsetting to see a horrible storm that destroyed people's properties and cars to be used as a laughing money grab. Josiah is a nightmare to work with. He is extremely rude and is on a power trip. He constantly makes mistakes and thinks an apology is sufficient to over look it even though his mistakes are costing people hundreds of dollars. They will lie and charge ridiculous fees upon move out even if you leave the unit in immaculate condition. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely stay away from this place."

"My family and I have enjoyed our time here at Springs at Round Rock. There are great amenities and best of all they are super pet friendly. The staff is amazing and they treat everyone like family. They even have fun events monthly to bring people together. I appreciate everything they do for us here."
