"The team at Villages of Georgetown are absolute rock stars!!!!! My experience was all that!!! Kayla was my leasing agent, she was amazing. I was immediately greeted and felt right at home. Kayla assisted me with going over the various floor plans and the property. Fernie, "The Man" gets it done. Very great guy very patient and very understanding. The whole experience was amazing!!! It has been since 2009 since I have had my own place, so this is very exciting and I look forward to the move :)"

"The bottom line is that the management does a poor job of enforcing community rules and guidelines. I did not enjoy my time there after the first few month’s “newness” wore off. The location is ok, close to lots of stores. Unfortunately the surrounding nature areas were recently developed into industrial warehouses, bringing a lot of noise and ugly buildings."

"The Leasing Centre is one of my favorite places. It has a gym, tanning room, pool table for recreation, a well-designed and equipped business room and a large pool right outside it. Ms Paris is one of the most hospitable leasing consultants my family has ever met. She listens and provides assistance promptly while constantly checking if everything was done to our satisfaction. She was instrumental to our transitioning from one unit to a more desirable one with so much ease that my family didn't feel as though we actually moved. I'll recommend the Villages of Georgetown to anyone desiring to move to the area. They have a great team here. They will welcome you with open arms and you will have best experience second to none in Austin/Georgetown area."
