Papa Johns Pizza

"Fast food pizza is a 5-star for taste and quality. I don't agree with all 7+ workers not having any gloves or hair coverings while handling the food (from prepping dough, applying toppings, cooking, boxing, etc). I even watched a worker handling the dough scratch his greasy, sweaty hair multiple times while waiting on my food. When I asked why no one had gloves on and pointed out the employee touching their hair, I was told, "It's their protocol" and that "the oven gets really hot." This has been the "protocol" I've seen on more than one occasion."

"THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Waited for a hour late, food was cold, service was horrible and pizza topics were all off!!"

"Food was not good tonight. 10-15 minutes late and disappointing. Staff had no urgency and were on their phones instead of helping customers. Not only was our pizza late past the estimated ready time, it sat on the shelf for 5 minutes while we were ignored by the cashier/staff. Cheesesticks were burnt on the bottom and this pizza is comical. Horrible half and half offering."

"How is this place still open? The service is disgusting. There is a young man that's in here by himself and he has the best attitude and a white male shift lead as well other than that its always a bad experience but its close to my house and i continue to give this place another chance. I was verbally assaulted by 2 female employees because they did not know how to process a gift card payment. The attitude of the employees here is disgusting. It's fun for my kids to "go get a pizza" but this place completely turns the experience every time. The store manager does not reach out about complaints you have to call the 1800 number or find a way to contact owners"

"The service here is disgusting and terrible. This is the first time in a year that I’ve ordered from here and each time there is hair in the food. Both times they tell me that they do not have anyone with said hair color, but it’s not me as I wear hijab. The cheese pizza was also so thin and undercooked. The manager hung up in our face."
