Domino's Pizza 1444 Kingshighway Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63113

"It's 22° outside and this 1444 N Kingshighway location doesn't have the heat on in the lobby that I waited 25 extra minutes in freezing cold for my pizza that was done 10 minutes before I arrived but the worker told me it wasn't ready. The only attractive girl there who just walked in 15 minutes after me got my pizza for me when I asked her after another customer walked right in & got theirs. The pretty girl did lie & say it's being delivered when it says carryout but she then stopped the shenanigans & gave it to me. I should've asked for a refund just because I waited in the cold 25 minutes for nothing because my pizza was cold & under cooked when i opened it. Pretty girl did apologize but before she got there non of the other employees asked if I'd been helped, re-asked what my order was or nothing. The guy that told me it wasn't ready yet was gone to either smoke or make deliveries not sure. Never will I go to this location EVER again."

"I ordered a pizza, cheese bread and a pasta. They give me cookies instead of bread so I call the store and the manager gets an attitude with me for asking about the mistake even after I was COMPLETELY cool, used "Yes, Ma'am" and "No ma'am" and just wanted an exchange or a solution to the problem. Dont waste your time."

"Pizza always dry from this location. I wish I could change my location for delivery for the store located on Olive where my pizza is always satisfying. The male delivery drivers always have an attitude and will sit in their car for a good 5 minutes or so before delivering food to the door and always got an attitude. They real sassy …"

"Today was a very good visit to this Domino's Pizza restaurant! I usually order online, and then I drive to pick up the order. This location has improved it's service and quality over the past months. I'm happy to order from here now in 2022. That's important because in the past this was a bad location, and was barely functional. Currently carside delivery (at the store), and store pickup were the options today. Because.. staffing drivers is real thing. Today I was pleasantly helped by Marcus and Terrell tonight. Good communication. They made the pizza perfectly, hot fresh and with plenty of toppings. Gentlemen Thank You, and God Bless you, for great customer service and healthy, fresh, delicious food. I will return in the near future."
