"This location has a drive thru. The owner or manager was hustling outside, keeping customers happy in the drive-thru. We only ordered 20 Provel Bites, but they were made perfectly, served hot, and with a smile!"

"I hadn't had any pizza in years but this was just as I remembered it. It was delicious and it was ready on time. My only issue was with the chef's salad that I ordered. For $13.49 (with extra dressing), I expect better salad greens than Iceberg lettuce, more than 2-3 thin slices of tomato, and tasteless chopped pieces of processed turkey and roast beef. Also, though I love Provel cheese on my pizza, it would be nice to be able to get cheddar on my salad."

"Just terrible! I ordered pizza after 30 minutes, after my expected delivery time, I contacted the location to see what the hold up was. I spoke with the manager on shift. She seemed inexperienced and didn't try to make any accommodations, for my inconvenience. A simple phone call to let your customer know, that their is an issue and given an opportunity to pick up the order. Anything but sitting here hungry longer than expected. It's really sad and frustrating when people don't consider others troubles. Smh"

"The delivery guy was 3 houses down and decided to bring my food by walking all the way up the street and then proceeded to try and force me to take the order and then left with food, I called the manager and she was nice in the beginning but saying that she will send another order when he returns with original order, 20 minutes later I called to check on the status about the pizza she said someone was on the way with it and I asked was it gonna be fresh, thats when she got an attitude and told me someone was bringing it and hung up on me"

"I ordered online for delivery. They provided an immediate email with a progress tracker. (love it!!!) The estimated time frame for my delivery was accurate! (Super excited about this! Other pizza Chains are NOT good at this but Imos got it right!) The delivery driver followed my instructions I placed on the order, had a mask on and followed safety instructions. My food was on POINT!! Everything I ordered was delivered, no mishaps.. and the food was HOT!! They earned all 5 stars!!"
