"I ordered online at 10:40pm, they stopped online orders at 10:45 and closed at 11. I hate being that last minute customer but my wife had just had our baby and afterwards craved Imos really badly. So I put in the comments apologizing for the late order, that brief explanation, and when I got back to the hospital and unpackaged the food, I saw they left a congrats note on the inside of the lid. The small things make the biggest difference. I still feel bad for late ordering, but this was extremely cool and my wife loved it. The guy that handed me the food was extremely friendly, too, and seemed almost happy to hand me my order when normally you'd expect someone rude. Not an ounce of discontent. Return business - absolutely. Food was perfect, too."

"Placed online order for pickup but website wasnt working. Called and spoke with Eva the manager. She did an excellent job of explaining the website and took my order over the phone. Not even a half hour later we had a nice warm meal ready to go. Excellent staff and manager at this location!"

"Arrived at drive thru and was told my pizza was ready but I would need to wait an extra 10 minutes for my sandwich. I was asked to pull off to the side and wait. I live 5 minutes away so when I got home I thought everything should still be fresh. The pizza was so salty that no one could eat it. It seemed old. The sandwich had no cheese, burned meatballs and it was over sauced. The bread was so tough I could barely cut through it. Over the last few years our experience has continued to go downhill without exception. I'm done."

"Imo's has been a favorite pizza chain after Dominos and Pizza Hut tanked for us. We used to get one every month or two, but have now cut down given how generous they are with their cheese portions. The pizzas are always delicious, full of flavor, and filling to last you all day! We always get their large or extra large with tomatoes topping and it's always a hit! We've tried with chicken too and that has been a yes or no depending on the mood. Nonetheless, some branches do better than the others. This one is the closest to where we live and it's been a mix of hit and miss every time we've experimented so don't know really what to rate it. We've tried their pasta and that didn't quite work in our flavor. It lacked seasoning, was just a blob of tomatoes, and the pasta was certainly overcooked. On our recent order, we tried their boneless chicken wings and we believe we've had better ones. The hot sauce wasn't hot enough, the pieces were tinier than the ones we were expecting. The sweet and tangy or sour (not sure what it was) was all sweet. All in all, no matter what you get, be sure to try their pizzas for sure. They sure know how to make your day and have your belly full!"
