Ariza Plum Creek Apartments

"I’ve lived at Ariza for almost 2 years and just signed a new lease. Traci and Danielle are both amazing property management associates, extremely professional and you can tell they care about the property and residents. The property is well maintained and has great amenities, we love the large dog park and pool. Glen and the maintenance staff have helped me with even the smallest issues and are always friendly. The only con I’ve ever had is that “you can’t choose your neighbors”. But overall the beauty of living on the golf course and friendly staff keeps me living here!"

"Quiet property in a great location! I moved in a couple weeks ago and Danielle was really nice and helpful with my initial visit and the application process! Really convenient location, it's close to the HEB and I-35 plus lots of restaurants around. I looked at a few places in the area and this one was my favorite! I def recommend!"

"We loved the community in Ariza Plum Creek, they organize monthly events and you get to know your neighbors and the people working there. They are also very responsive with anything that happens and they care about how you feel living in the apartment complex. Danielle is awesome, very attentive, hard-working, and super friendly. "I have recently moved into Ariza Plum Creek and I will say, I’m very impressed. I’ve never been this satisfied with an apartment complex. Danielle, one of the leasing agents here, has been the most friendly and helpful in my rental experience overall. Made the moving process so much easier than expected. There whole team is friendly and there communication is 10/10. I had a few maintenance requests that I had put in and they showed up first thing the next day. One of the maintenance employees, Glen, was very friendly and efficient! So happy to be living in a place that truly cares about there workplace and tenants!"

"I lived here for thirteen months from February 2022 to May 2023. Attached are immaculate move out images. I was astounded at the bill for move out damages. I would be wary of additional hidden costs of living here. Although the rent was $1300 something for the tiniest one bedroom, the monthly total was almost always closer to $1600 so be prepared. I attempted to advertise to find a roommate to offset the unexpected cost of financial burden. I was hassled on a monthly basis for mundane issues and threatened with lease violations due to instances such as a man next door beating his kid. Swat was called to building 6 and building 7 on two separate instances. It was hard to sleep hearing everything the neighbors would argue over and smelling everything they cook. I tried to get this to management, who would in turn narcissistically blame me. I put in 3 to 4 work orders for smoke alarm battery replacement. I could not get the battery door to swing open without causing damage so I had to wait on maintenance. Maintenance told me they already replaced batteries a month ago, refused to repair (basically accusing me of stealing batteries) and I was out of luck. So I heard that beeping for weeks. Eventually I pried the swinging door open removed the old batteries myself. To put this in context: I lived for without a fire smoke and carbon monoxide detector at this property due to negligence on the management behalf. There are so many in my opinion, better apartments available on that same street. If I were you, and had it all over to do again I'd keep looking. Waste of money waste of time."
