"I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance team at The Strand. They come next day after a request is submitted and get the job done as soon as they can. I’ve seen them out picking up trash/debris in the community every morning and they always have a friendly wave to shoot my way. I’ve seen them helping older residents carry things up to the third floor apartments. Just overall going above and beyond for those living here when they are called to. It makes apartment living feel like a real community and I appreciate them so very much."

"I’ve rented at 4 other complexes and this has to be, by far, the best. I have always been treated with respect and quick attention. The property is always clean and taken care of. It feels like a resort. My kids love the pool and the playground. The basketball court is my favorite, especially when it’s time to decompress. Because of this, when the time came, I renewed my lease without hesitation. Not going anywhere else!"
