"This hotel is very poorly maintained. The elevator has issues but instead of getting it fixed, the staff just put instructions to push the buttons harder or longer. The carpet in the halls and stairwells were very dirty and stained, looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in several weeks. The bathroom in my assigned room had the floor buckled up. I went down at 6:30 for some coffee and see about breakfast, the coffee was already empty. The lady at the front desk was nice but she had pulled a double shift and was tired. It seems like there weren’t enough staff for this property. The exterior landscaping was not cared for and even the concrete driveway was breaking up and needed repair. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Our room needed vacuuming, both the floor and couch. The at really turned us off. We were concerned about the elevator, and we saw some insect activity on the ground floor. The breakfast hostess was WONDERFUL, and breakfast included hot eggs, sausage and waffles, plus several other cold items. The walls were pretty thin in the rooms, as well as our ceiling. Other than that…. The space was great; it just needs to be thoroughly cleaned and touched up."

"Our room was clean and the woman at the front who checked us in was very sweet. The mirror was missing in the bathroom and both windows had ripped curtains. No sheets for the pull out sofa bu these are over sites and I would stay here again."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff here was so great. The manager Tracy went above and beyond for us. She really is a blessing. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her hard, dedicated, work. I hope the owner shows her how much she is appreciated and keeps people coming back. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My experience was so bad I ended up just leaving. I came with 2 toddlers, and 2 adult family members. The first room we were given the bathroom had used towels all over and the soap was used. The carpet was filthy which the carpet through the entire hotel was filthy. The door to the first room lock didn’t work so the door would pop open after closing it. The Front desk guy changed our room and the 2nd room the key cards didn’t work and so he switched us to a third room. In the third room the bath tub was not clean and there were pills in the trash can. We got tired of switching rooms so we said we would make it work. As we left to go get food we noticed walking to the elevator some of the doors were propped open which was weird. When we got to the parking lot it was not well lit and there was a lot of activity going on in the parking lot. One guy was selling all kind of stuff out his car and looked he was living out of it. Another guy was smoking something and waited until we got close to our car and walked up on us mumbling nonsense. Then he walked to the side of the building were there were other men standing around drinking and smoking. There were more men sitting in a truck with the doors open but just sitting there. I noticed we were the only women and children I had seen throughout the hotel and parking lot. We felt uncomfortable with all the activity and being the only women and children. So we went back to our room and got our stuff. We told the front desk guy we were leaving and he just said okay. As we were getting back into the car there was another guy standing next to our car loitering around which happened to be the same guy we saw on our floor. I thought maybe some were construction workers since there was a construction site next to it but some of the men looked like they were living there. Read the reviews. This is not a place for a family or women traveling alone. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
