"This is the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in. The staff is SCREAMING to each other over the loud choice of dance music playing. The tables are filthy. I guess it's great if you need a drive thru fix but don't plan on doing any work here. Even for a 1/2 hour. :("

"Your baristas need a refresher course on how to make your drinks..Ordered a White Chocolate mocha..Got a cup of hot milk...Ordered London Fog got a cup of plain tea. Repeatedly forgetting the vanilla."

"I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 4:58 PM. I entered the store at 5:10 PM anticipating that my order was ready, instead, I was told by employee that not only was my order not ready BUT that I was going to have to wait. The person behind the counter consistently fixed the orders that were for the drive-through, even though they were placed after mine. I finally received my order at 5:22 PM and the associate did not bother to thank me for my visit, never apologized for my wait, nor did she thank me for my business. This establishment is beyond rude, ghetto, and lacks basic customer service skills. A simple smile, thank you and apology goes along way. Pathetic."

"My drink was made quickly and better than I expected. No attitude was given about having to change my drink to non-dairy. As a person with food intolerances, I always appreciate not being made to feel like a "difficult customer" because I have to ask questions."

"The manager was very rude and kept arguing with me after the whole line was waiting in the drive-through line for 35 minutes. If you check your Camera, you’ll see that I’m not lying. Messed up my drink and yelled at me and refused to remake it so I had to wait there another 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. I thought Starbucks was a customer service business. This place is ghetto and it’s so many times does one manager argued with me and I just witnessed her argue with other customers. They didn’t even make my drink right but after waiting that long I just had to go. No receipt on my refresher which they may wrong and she argue with me about it didn’t even fill it up."
