"Ordered on the app. 3:55 30 minutes later, 4:25 (20 of which were spent sitting in the parking pickup space #2), I had to WALK IN to get my order, and then they grabbed it off the counter to hand it to me as I walked in. WHY have numbered spaces for curbside pick up, if you aren't going to bring it out?"
"Please get rid of the old lady during the day Anita is her name. Everyday I go in there she is always yelling at people acting like a child and very unprofessional! I cannot believe this lady that's a grandmother acts in such disrespect. I would never ever in my life hire someone that's this unprofessional and rude. I cannot believe the things I hear come out her mouth to the others that work with her! Just because she is miserable and thinks this low of herself she should NOT treat others this way! Horrible!! I'm just going to start recording her when I come in and order and sent it to the owner!!! All I can hear is her nasty rude voice and she never ever has any manners!!! To anyone customers and employers! I've tried to ignore this but this has got to stop! You need to start treating people better shame on you. You should be taking out trash cause that's who you are. Seriously. I'm tired of hearing this demon everyday. And this is where I take my kids!"
"This is a horrible store. When you pull up to the callbox, no one will acknowledge you until you call for them several time. Or there will be 5 cars in line. After sitting there not moving for about 5 minutes, I'll leave. Unless you get chicken nuggets, the food is usually okay. The workers are super nice. But one time, I did pull up on a fight amongst the employees & the poor girl working the window couldn't give me my order, because she didn't want to get caught in the cross fire."
"Burger was raw, i cant eat that. That is disgusting. I know there is a such thing as medium rare but that should not be the default. No thanks. And it had an eyelash in the cheese. The heck?! Never again at this location."
