"Typical fast food location with drive thru for burgers, chicken sandwiches, and sides. The tacos are the best thing there. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was no bacon in the bacon swiss burger, the fries and tacos were cold, and there was no meat in one of the tacos, just lettuce. Typically this place is on point and does a great job at other locations. Even cold, it still tastes good."
"These Jack in the Box workers are the most incompetent people I've ever met! I used to work in the fast food industry and I've never seen such a disorganized and slow fast food restaurant until now. They forgot to pack my damn Cheeseburgers that ended up costing me almost $20."
"Went through the drive thru this morning placed my order and she just come around to the window. Usually my order in $9 & some change. When I got up to the window I could not hear her. She was not speaking up. She said it was $5 and some change. I was confused. Well she only rang me for part of my order. So I got my money ready for her to re ring the rest. Still could not hear her. She rolled her eyes and said that was for the rest of your order. She told me to pull around. She came out with an attitude. Did not speak and went back inside. I get having a bad day. However, be professional and leave it at the door. If you hate your job find another. It's not personal. People just want the food."
"This place is notorious at getting the most simple orders wrong. Not only do I often get completely wrong or different items, they always forget my sauce. Despite it being their own signature sauce and despite me specifically asking for it, they always without fail never give me their good good sauce but instead ungodly amounts of ketchup and also ranch? For some reason? This has happened to me at least 5 times weather on delivery app or going to the restaurant and ordering myself."
