"I ordered curbside, had to come in after waiting 20 minutes. Was told they were waiting on the 2 apple pies I ordered. I stood inside for another 5 minutes, and noticed a roach on the ground. I asked for a refund since I didn’t want the food and was told that’s against company policy. I understand the food I’m eating isn’t good quality but that’s no excuse for roaches"

"Use the McDonald's ordering app ordered at this McDonald's location. The quality of service is not up to par. Nor was the option to be refunded for extremely poor quality of food preparation made by the general manager. I do enjoy McDonald's but I do not enjoy the customer service received at this location. I would advise, to take the time to travel a little bit further to have the McDonald's experience."
"I was always able to use my 20% off coupon to get my frappe. I get a frappe every morning and then all of a sudden it said not allowable with this product which kind of made me upset because of the fact that I didn’t know that they could put stipulations on what you can use 20% off and what you can’t but the coupon Stierli stated Not for this product so after a while I continued to get my frappe in the morning and finally they sent me $1.50 off coupon that I use regularly but the 20% off I was kind of surprised that they put a limit on what you can use at 20% off on"
