"I really liked living here. Nice apartments from outside and inside. They are pricey to tell you the truth, but management was great every time i needed something, they fixed it. Very quiet and felt safe. My favorite part was the gym and was nicely equipped with new machines. I highly recommend living here."

"Clearpoint Crossing is a very nice apartment complex. Nicest place I've ever lived at, honestly. The office staff is super nice. And they actually want to help you out. Which is nice. The prices on the apartments are high, I won't lie, but you really get what you pay for in my opinion. Nice living, well maintained property, beautiful pool, gym, sana. I did have issues with the water heater, when I first moved in. Water wasn't warming up. But they fixed it right away. Over all great place to live, if you have the money for it. I always paid on time, but did struggle a little with all my other expenses, since the rent price was high. Beautiful apartments though. And quiet property."

"I've lived here for 1 year. My apartment flooded 3 times. I put in work orders for mold in June 2021 and September 2021. I STILL have mold. They require residents to wear arm bands at the pool to prove they live here and only allow 2 guests. They have pulled out free parking on the west side and put in paid parking only. They will nickle and dime you for every service they provide. The manager does not care for her residents or their problems. Complete twatwafflez."
