Imo's Pizza 2625 Plaza Drive, Highland, IL 62249

"1. Ordered and paid for a salad. After I sat down I was told that I could make my own salad at the salad bar. First time at ANY Imo's that I haven't gotten served a salad in a bowl with dressing on the side. Manager acted angry because I refused the salad bar AND her offer to make a salad for me. 2. Toasted ravioli – burned. Seems to be the "Imo's way" these days. 3. Ordered "mostaccioli with meat sauce" — served baked mostaccioli ("I can scrape the cheese off and put some more sauce on" — the manager. ). 4. Garlic bread was ok. 5. Coke was very good. It's an actual Coke machine and not a stinking, vomit flavored freestyle machine. 6. Dining room was clean and neat. There was Halloween candy on the tables for the kids. This place is trying — but it needs work."

"Ordered 2 deluxe pizzas something was very off about them the more I thought about it I’m pretty sure they didn’t put the right cheese on them which really makes it come together was really disappointed as this is a once in awhile treat we can’t afford most of the time. And with how much it cost it’s really upsetting it tasted so off. Also the toppings seemed to not be cooked yikes!"

"Wow...what happened to quality control at Imo's??? We used to enjoy Imo's wings....great price, nice sized wings, very good taste. We've ordered a couple of times in the past few months and have been sorry each time. We keep thinking it has to be a fluke of some kind. The wings are tiny, WAY over cooked.. I mean chicken jerky over cooked. We couldn't even pull the meat off of the bone with our fingers. We had to gnaw it off!! A requirement to getting the chicken jerky down is a large glass of liquid...to start.. then refill it..... Isn't anyone at Imo's seeing what's happening?!?! I'm thinking cooking times have not been adjusted for these much smaller wings so they just get cooked into oblivion. The staff is always friendly.....there is that.....revision 11/11/22. Ok, we were contacted by Imo's. Apparently this was a vendor issue that has been corrected. Totally understandable considering what we've all been through the past two years. The "good" wings are now back at the Imo's! Thanks so much for contacting us and explaining what was going on."
