"Franchise owner has the easiest job - putting meat on the sandwiches and does this as fast as she can, backing up veggie section. Workers get annoyed/stressed because she doesn’t stop. Food line is gross because they are trying to pump out as many sandwiches as possible. By the time I get my sandwich it’s cold. Owner needs to slow down and think about the quality, cleanliness, and the way she is treating her workers. It is not great to watch."
"Many things in our orders are always forgotten and made incorrectly. The staff, along with the subway app, is never helpful in resolving the issue. Do not expect to get what's on or in your order a single time."
