"All I can say is wow I have never met such an amazing, caring group of people these ladies are truly amazing Ms Lisa and her team really do care about us and our home from the way they greet us walking in the door to the way they listen and go above and beyond for us. I have never been so happy to cal Regency Park my home as I am now. When I see Ms Lisa out walking the property talking to us listening to us, I feel she truly cares about each one of us. I absolutely love living here.Thank you so much Team Regency for everything!"
"Wonderful place to live. The staff was so helpful and made the moving process very easy. Moving is very stressful but the management Mariana made it smooth as possible. Jessica and Maria was so nice and helpful. I could have not had a better experience than Regency park has made for me and my family. Thank you all so much for making my place to live a home."
"Iv lived at regency park for 5 years and recently moved due to incompetent lazy managment, the property/ maintenance requests were neglected, no one answers the phones, not even emails. This isn’t how it was a year ago. I spoke to corporate as well about never receiving the itemized list/ costs upon move out. They never followed up. No way to pay or to know what the process was. It has now hit collections they kept the deposit and requested an additional $500. They charged $40 to clean a fan. Claimed a door was broken. I have video. Claimed $200 sheet rock repair for 2 screws loose in the closet. These people have no regards for any one’s future/ credit etc. There full of excuses the most laziest people iv ever seen in management. Do not move here. The past review with 1 star is true. Another tenant told me the entire family works there and they cover for one another. Posting there review under mine. Believe it! Mariana Leyva should be fired. MARIANA LEYVA is the most unprofessional manager there could ever be. Regency Park has gone down hill and all thanks to her, THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. Doors are locked mostly all day and for sure locked during lunch. Not only she has accomplished to hire her OWN FAMILY to work at Regency Park but also has zero work ethic. Mariana and other staff tend to have party reunions during WORK HOURS and sit on vacant apartments while they have a waitlist of 30+ people. The management company really needs to implement rules among the staff."
"I’ve been working with Yolanda for the past few weeks preparing for our transition into these apartments. The neighborhood is really clean and the grounds are well kept. Recently I was able to view the inside of a 3/2 and I was completely blown away. I mean it was beautiful and far more than what I expected. The office staff (Norma, Yolanda & their manager who’s name I can’t remember right now)are all super friendly. Yolanda has really been such a great help; Keeping in contact and keeping me informed on this process. The apartments are spacious, but the best parts are the garage, stairs and nice sized balcony. Thanks Yolanda and staff"
"I would really appreciate to see the new owners invest a little more around our pool area. Since Hurricane Harvey all the patio chairs we did have were submerge in the pool. Yes they have put just three picnic tables. But some more real nice seating, side tables, and maybe some colorful umbrellas for the picnic tables. I really think the residents here would really appreciate and love the look! I know we would. Thank You.."
