"I have lived at Cypress Gardens over 2 years and I absolutely love living here! The apartments have high quality finishes, the grounds are clean and well maintained and the security gates work 99.9% of the time. I feel very safe here! The Community Manager, Tony Ragsdale is amazing! Since his arrival the interior halls and common areas are always clean and smell fresh. He's personable, friendly and professional and makes you feel valued and heard. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony! I have never lived in an apartment that is so well managed! I appreciate all the ways he communicates events, apartment happenings or upcoming weather concerns! Also, Juan, maintenance man extraordinaire is wonderful as well! He usually does repairs the same day requested. He goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are completed and done right. I am thankful I call Cypress Gardens home! It's a wonderful place to live!"
