"The manager who was on duty January 28,2024 at 5:58PM is grossly incompetent and should be terminated. I ordered a house sample and submitted a request for bone in wings instead of traditional. I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes so a waiter can go get the manager. Instead of the manager picking up the phone- the waiter came back 10 minutes later, apologized for my wait and told me the manager said she cannot change my order and I will have to reorder on DoorDash. DD does not allow for one to select bone in wings which is why I called in. Instead of complying with my request like the numerous other waiters & managers at this location and other locations she proceeded to argue with me for another 5 minutes saying that it’s impossible & that people DoorDash traditional wings on house samples all the time. She lied- it’s impossible to select bone in wings on DoorDash AND you can not submit commentary asking for the substitute. So, not only is she unprofessional, & combative she’s dishonest. As a manager you should be skilled at meaningful customer interactions and she is not. She’s grossly incompetent and albeit a liability to the company. Promote the waiter who answered the phone instead ."

"Thursday, December 7th! Ordered food for pick up for 6.50! It is currently 7.28 and NO FOOD. Manager wont come to the front to address the other 18 (YES EIGHTEEN) other people to collect their food. TOTAL shambles and no one will to take responsibility. This is a total disgrace. Shame on the owner/manager for lack of interaction. If you are short staffed, stop taking online orders. Show you face and explain the situation."

"I’ll be honest I’ve never been a huge fan of bdubs and for sure wouldn’t eat there once a week when I’m 40 minutes out of town. This place’s food is completely different and better than other bdubs I’ve visited. Although the main attraction is server Cami! She is such a sweetheart and will take such good care of you. Talk about a wonderful person who deserves the world. If anyone deserves a raise in this world it is her! She will keep me coming back here until she is gone. May the good Lord bless you Cami!!"

"Worst possible service, no idea what's going on. Wants to argue and blame the customer because they don't know the menu. Argued over the phone for ten minutes, then blamed us for supposedly calling the sauce the wrong name. When we repeated both names numerous times. Foods ok, service and management is garbage."

"Took about 30 minutes to finally get my wings. After getting home I had really bad pains in my stomach and you can probably guess what comes next. Woke up feeling really sick as well. Probably gonna be a while before I go back. Bathroom floors were very sticky, usually from what I've experienced, if the bathrooms aren't clean, it's probably gonna be bad in the kitchen. Food was warm so I know it was fresh, but the wings were also still a little raw from the looks of it. Glasses at bar area were very clean. Went in Tuesday August 22nd around 10 pm. The bartender was very kind and was making sure that we were doing alright. A+ service! Kitchen needs some work. To the bartender thank you for making sure my girl got what she wanted! Again, A+ service."
