"I’ll start off saying I had been looking for an apartment for about 2 months and I was in the neighborhood one day and decided to stop by , the two ladies in the front was very nice I completed my application the same day and I could tell they wanted to get me in soon as possible . It only took a week for my app to get approve. My apartment is nice beautiful and spacious for a 1 bed 1 bath. I give 5 stars all around."

"I called these apartments and explained my situation to Miss Lori, my apologies if the name is wrong. She was very kind and empathetic. Her and Miss Maria worked tirelessly and put forth so much effort to help me, and I appreciate that from them both. Due to an eviction that came up (after I was already approved, it had been verified there is no record of me in the said apartments database) all efforts put forth were lost. The apartment said they would also send over verification that stated there was no record of me as proof. I have rented apartments and been approved for apartments after leaving the said property. I gave 4 stars because these ladies did go the extra mile to get me approved. But I honestly felt slighted with this false eviction issue. If the apartment company that filed the eviction is saying they have no record and willing to send a verification stating that, I don’t understand. But the apartment I saw at Kensington was beautiful and I would recommend anyone to move here. These ladies are awesome!!! Good luck future residents"

"The community and environment is nice place to live, however the management is poor, disorganized, distracting, unsupportive and not ready to listen to your grievances anytime you go to the office. Either you will be referred to as threatening or speaking loud and orders you to leave the office before they call the police on you, regardless of whatever you want to say. I have encountered rent payments issues twice where after finish paying my rent they will add additional amount as late fees or you failing not to pay rent. They will blame you of not making your rent meanwhile your account will show certain amount and latter add as deferred payment. They will later blame it as system update and that they need you as a tenant to call to let them know so they can update the system. Who does this. I’ve live here for 2 years and I’ve been encountering these problem severally. I regret renewing my rent. I cannot wait for this my lease to end to move out. No one is not ready to listen to you."

"Jenni has terrible customer service. She made me feel like she did not want to help me. Came in on a Friday, she told me she had a unit available. Proceeded with making an appointment and when I come in for the appointment she tells me the apt was already taken. My ask was, being the manager why didn’t you show me the unit the same day I came in, why not call me and say hey it was taken already. She definitely needs to remember her priority. Which is to have good customer service and gain business. Terrible attitude. Don’t talk to her if you want to live there."
