Many things were stolen ‼️‼️‼️ BE SAFE IF YOUR THINKING OF RENTING HERE I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS ‼️‼️‼️AND FROM APARTMENT #5107 ‼️‼️"

"If I could give a 0 stars I would. Moved out in August as my contract expired(thank God). Well alot of problems with this apartments. Had to experience bed bugs that where there when I.moved in had to throw out furniture when I moved out. The apartment above mine also had bedbugs. They did 2 bed bug treatments I spend hundreds of dollars as well buying mattress protectors which where for bed bugs, going to wash all of our clothing. Parking was a major problem my truck got towed also had to pay for a parking for almost a year just to have a parking space when I got home. For a while they where forcing ppl to pay online which it was an extra $5. Now I moved out they kept my whole $500 security deposit they charge me for painting walls and shampooing the carpet. Also they charging me $300 for bed bug treatments they did after I moved out. When I moved in the apt. already had bed bugs. Just wanted to let everyone know so they can be careful before moving in to this apartments. Also while living there my AC wasn't working properly had to pay $300 a month for 2 months cause they didn't knew what was wrong with it. Ay varias cosas que tenian mal estos apartamentos. Principalmente estaba infestado de chinches. Tube q gastar dinero en bolsas, protectores para mi cama en ir a lavar varias veces mi ropa aunq estaba limpia pa ver si los tratamientos mataban las chinches. Aparte cuando me sali tube q tirar todos mis mumbles y no me regresaron mis $500 de deposito. Aparte me querian cobrar $300 por tratamiento d chinches. Cuando llegue a los apartmentos ya tenian chinches. Y aparte miro q estan amenasando a personas por que segun lo que pusieron es difamacion."

"Husband, baby & I moved in around March we are about to be 6months here and first of all the people in the office are always nice and have great communication if there’s an issue they fix it right away. We live in the back and there has never been any issue our neighbors are calm and quiet and we are very comfortable in our apartment we are going to renew our contract. We recommend you come and check Savannah out !"

"If you wanna save money, this place is not for you. They like to charge for parking passes every year, in order for you to park. Good luck, there's always a tow truck on sight every 15 minutes, just to get you. Thats how the apartments makes their extra dough, they get a cut for every car towed. They're also inconsistent with what you have to pay as far as water, I have been 60 bucks on water, even when I'm away 80 percent of the time. It's a Damn shame, it used to be a decent place to live, but it's embarrassing how these owners just wanna rip off the lower class just to make extra money in their pockets!"
