Papa Johns Pizza

"THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE UNDER NO CIRUMSTANCES GO HERE. You would be better off spending your money at marcos for the same price but 10x the quality. The "wings" are glorified chicken nuggets with barely any sauce. We got not 1 but 2 colors of garlic sauce. The bacon cheezybread should be called "cheezy disappointment" because it has 2 pieces of bacon on it, and it tastes like nothing. The "large" pizza is the size of a baby plate. Choose literally anywhere else for pizza. Dont waste your money here. Papa should disown you"

"Well it's not their fault but yikes. Moral of the story don't order on a holiday? Also don't order online for a particular time unless you are ok with a 45 minute window. I know it was slammed but at this point you need to reach out to management to say we cannot keep up, stop accepting orders. Half our "pizzas" were not covered in sauce or toppings."

"Placed order for 4:45 arrived 10 min early and was already in the warmer. Pizza was barely warm when we got it home. Order the pumpkin looking pizza to surprise the kids and looked like pepperoni was just thrown on the pizza. Our pizza was nothing close to what was shown. The kids could not make out what it was. Waste of money ordering that pizza."

"This store has had such a terrible decline in the last year. We have spent a great deal of money at this location and used to have nothing but great experiences. The last two times we ordered, it was delivered late, incorrect/missing items, you name it. Tonight we ordered and waited 93 minutes just for the order to arrive with 1 of the pizzas we ordered and a completely different persons pizza which I advised was not ours. I then called the store and waited on hold for 28 minutes to be told it was back on the way. It was brought an hour after the original pizza was delivered, ice cold. This is just a poorly run location riddled with incompetence in every level of the operation. I will not be ordering from this location ever again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to rethink their decision of ordering from this store."

"We ordered pizza last night at 9:30 pizza didn't show up until 12 cold and nasty . The driver didn't even have it in a pizza bag. He had it sitting on his floor of the truck. The guy at the store didn't know what was going on , stated they only had 1 driver but wasn't sure how much longer it would be. You'd think after a pizza has been sitting in your window for over a hour you'd call the customer to let them know what was going on. My husband and I weren't home and my teens ordered it so when we got home I called up there and told them I would come get it. Got all the way to QT and he calls and said the driver came in a snuck the pizza out. I asked him to call the driver so I could just meet him and he stated he didn't have his number. So we went back home and then waited another 20 minutes for him to arrive.. I understand short staffed but a courtesy call would of been nice. This morning I have been trying to call the store to talk with a manager for 20 minutes and no longer me is picking up ..."
