Elm Creek Apartments

"I've had a mostly positive experience living in this apartment complex. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful parks and good schools. The neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming community atmosphere. Management is responsive and attentive to residents' needs. Although my unit initially had a really bad bug problem that was stressing us out, Management promptly addressed the situation. They scheduled weekly pest control visits and took steps to patch up most of the holes and cracks in the walls that could be entry points. While the building's age might contribute to the bug issue, Management's proactive approach has made a significant improvement. They did a wonderful job. We havent seen any in at least a week now. Great job!"

"If you work from home do not move here. The lights go out at least twice every other week and apparently nothing can be done about it. When I first moved here on day 2 the power was out for 12 hours. Keep in mind this was at the end of May so the heat was unbearable. I’m truly thinking about looking for another apartment because this is putting my job at risk."

"Lana the apartment manager sat down with us and went through great detail about every apartment and answered all our questions. You can tell she really has your best interest in mind. You can tell she takes great pride in the apartment complex. The apartments were beautiful inside and seemed to be in great shape. Trees and nature all around, well taken care of outside environment. Pool area and looked spacious and fun. The prices there are super competitive and the only thing you’re compromising on is you don’t get brand new fancy appliances and the complex was built in the 80s. Definitely our #1 choice for apartments so far."
