"My husband ordered tires online and scheduled a time for instalation. Within 20 minutes our order and appointment were canceled. No explanation. After several attempts of calling I go into the store. The employee was very helpful and explained the tires we ordered were out of stock. (Irrritating but whatever) We decided to go with the most expensive tires (As that is all they had in stock to fit our vehicle) she said she could schedule us for the next day at 10 am. I brought our vehicle in at 940 am and was told it would be an hour. After doing some shopping (including cold groceries) I headed back to automotive. It was 1050 am by this time. I was then told our vehicle was not even started on!! We were next in line but but told that it would still be another 45 minutes to an hour! We will not be bringing our vehicle through Walmart again that's for sure!"

"Avoid this place at all costs. Employees at the front desk are completely incompetent. Upon arrival, all the employees were sitting around complaining about their angry customers, instead of helping customers in line. After i finally booked my order for tires, i sat down and waited for the estimated 1 hr wait. I waited an hour for tires only to be told, 'we accidentally canceled your work order'. They then told me it would be an additional 3 hours due to their mistake, while trying to blame me for the mistake. When I said I will take my business elsewhere, the guy yelled at me and said, "don't come back!". I was calm and non-confrontational over their mistake, and would rather go down the street to a place that could change my tire in 15 mins. Avoid at all costs!"
