"Bought the 1/2" Hercules impact wrench off their markdown table a couple of weeks ago. Just tried to use it and of course it's broke. I should have known. Well I'm not worried I spend so much money there I know they will refund me. Nope. The manager told me I had 5 days to return it. Nobody told me that. Even if they did I spend so much damn money at this store. Not anymore. Go somewhere else."
