"I’m saddened to say I will never spend money here again I took a friend back to the store because they were given the incorrect part for their vehicle my check engine light was on as it always pops on due to a bad sensor asked if they could reset my check engine light I was told no one in the store was capable mind you there was 3 employees in store I was fine with that because I understand not everyone has that capability my friend was still in store after I walked out to sit in my truck and wait for her and the employee I just spoke to went to the other employees and stated “I’m sure that’s a stolen truck and he just wanted to reset that light and sell it” 10,000 dollar truck fully paid for fully covered insurance wise never met the employee in my life but most definitely enough for me to never spend money there again."
"To be totally honest I'm not sure which O'Reilly's in Quincy that my kid went to. But during the cold weather they were having trouble with their battery and I told them to go to O'Reilly's. We're from Springfield Missouri and O'Reilly's takes care of our family all the time and I was so glad they could take care of my college kiddo too! Thanks"
"Ever hear them stories about kids at McDonald's not being able to make change? I could not get this kid at O'Reilly's here on Broadway to take a $10 bill and a quarter.. he said the computer wouldn't do it rotf LOL.. now I've seen the elephant. Won't be going back anytime soon, cuz you never know what you're going to get"
"Went in to have batteries checked and was sold two batteries for almost $500. Mathew had a terrible attitude and didn’t connect the batteries correctly. Later that day I had the same issue. Went back and it was the alternator that was bad not the batteries. Spoke to art the manager and he told me it was the luck of the draw. Horrible customer service"
"I visited OReilly to purchase a battery and various electrical pieces for a project. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and walked me through the different items that I needed to complete my project. It was nice to have the expertise of someone who knows what they’re talking about."
