"Had a failing battery, called Rexx up. As soon as I arrived, opened up the garage door, as it was raining outside. By the time I went into the main area to pay, they had already changed the battery. Entire time was 3 minutes, absolutely amazing fast service. All three employees were super friendly. I appreciate the quick service, thank you!"
"My battery got zapped by the recent cold snap. I got it jumped, cleaned off, and headed to Rexx’s. Even with the recent cold snap, I was in and out with a new battery in 10-15 minutes. Probably not even that! I paid the lady at the desk, and I didn’t even have enough time to sit down in the waiting room before the gentleman who installed my battery came to get me and tell me that it was ready. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. And the prices were about $20-$30 less than what I’m used to paying at Auto Zone or O’Reilly’s. They are located right downtown, have excellent customer service, are very efficient, and offer competitive prices. Rexx’s will get my business as long as I live in Quincy! Highly recommended."
