"I moved in last July, the rent is reasonable, the complex is well maintained, the apartments are spacious, maintenance is always quick and they always do a good job, the complex is proactive in upkeep, the only downside is the trains, but it's a minor inconvenience wholly outside of the control of management."

"The maintenance may show up late but when they eventually show up they’re really helpful. No matter how many times they have to show up for the same thing several times, they’d eventually show up, especially Gustavo. He’s really hard-working and always shows up to help whenever we put in a request. He’s the real MVP!"

"Nice and quaint apartments. Very close to the Metro station making it convenient for a student such as myself to get to the University of Houston. Couple stray dogs around but all in all they do not cause trouble and instead are surprisingly quite tame. When i had had a problem with my A/C unit a few weeks prior the maintenance man Gustavo had not only let me know when exactly he would work on it, he did it in a timely manner which really made my problem more of a minor inconvenience with how hastily he had dealt with it. Overall a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here as an incoming freshman in college."

"This review is solely for the new maintenance guy Roland. Prior to his arrival I have had several maintenance issues that only seemed to be temporarily fixed since most would reoccur. I had a crazy emergency over the weekend and not only did he respond promptly he even cleaned my bathroom to ensure I no longer had to deal with the smell and contamination coming out of the drain in my tub. He also taught me a few things I wouldn't have thought of. FYI- if the ticket I called into the office a week prior had been placed regarding a bad smell in my bathroom and laundry the emergency would have never happened. Communication with the office staff is also lacking at this property."

"Writing a review after a couple months of moving in. The two-bedroom apartment I am staying in is very big and well designed. The dishwasher cleans spectacularly, and the AC works well. I also love the security of the apartment complex. I just don't appreciate the maintenance all that well. Our AC vent still has a tough layer of build-up, despite the fact that I added it to the checklist. And it took us weeks to get our mailbox key after requesting it."
