"If I could leave zero stars I would this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with the property manager Maria never answers the phone told a new tenant the wrong address and gave her mine and when she proceeded to connect her electricity had mine disconnected. Not only did I have to handle everything myself Maria continued to tell me that I would be reimbursed for the food I had to throw out do to the power outage. Keep in mind that was in February we are no going into April and she still has not answered my calls when she says she’ll call me back she never does. I’ve called the office several times and asked Luce for Maria’s supervisor and I’ve asked Maria herself for the supervisor and no one has given me such information. But they expect rent due on time at the first Of the month. I do not recommend you stay at any of the complex’s they have available. Because when they finally do decide to answer or reach out they have an excuse every time and say they need to call back but never do"

"I make sure my lease stays valid when I swing by here. The office folks have been nothing but nice and are always rather quick to complete the task at hand. Their location is, conveniently, right off of the Loop. An easy-peasy errand to run, which will allow for you to be going about your day. Miss Lesly, is professional and polite."
