"The location is great and my apartment itself is very nice. However, they have an ongoing issue with their fire alarm system that means the fire alarm keeps going off, on average once per month for the past 6 months at least. It’s gone off twice in February alone - and for some reason it’s always at 2, 3, 4am (as I write this at 5am knowing movers are coming in 3 hours to move me out). We have not received any kind of rent credit or anything to make up for the inconvenience. I feel horrible for all the animals, babies, people just trying to sleep. Shortly I first moved in the fire alarm was going off in the middle of the day and nobody seemed concerned. Shouldn’t have renewed my lease last year. The fire department needs to fine them each time this happens. Can’t recommend this complex anymore."
