The Circle at Hermann Park

"This complex was definitely stumbled upon when I was relocating to Houston. My apartment locator set up a tour and the weather was bad that day and I figured I swing by and check it out. A year later and I’m still here! The community is great! Similar to the other reviews, the grounds are kept clean and the amenities are nice but the customer service is garbage. To begin, I’ve had my water cut off multiple times and when I reached out to the leasing office they said it was building wide and that they sent an email. Come to find out, I was never opted in to receive these messages so I had no idea what was going on. Most recently, I’ve been trying to renew my lease. I’ve sent 7 emails to the property manager, the main office staff, and directly to certain leasing agents and not one of them have responded. Here we are just days away from my lease ending and the renewal forms I sent over a month ago have barely been looked at or touched. This property worries more about hosting resident happy hour and serving pizza for made up holidays than serving the people who are at the heart of this operation. Without residents, there would be no property to manage and jobs would become obsolete. I’m sure it’s easier to just pick up the phone or swing by the office but I’m at work during their business hours and when I go to the office, the people I need to speak to aren’t there. It’s places like this that made me hate renting and pushed me to buy a home elsewhere. Just know, if you rent here you’ll get the best service up until you sign your lease and move in and you won’t hear from them unless your rent is late."

"Wonderful apartment at the best location in Houston! Great amenities, friendly neighbors, comfortable units, and fun community events. Carolina at the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need from looking for different units to signing the lease to renewal. Simply the best! Very grateful to call this place home."

"The Circle at Hermann Park is a great place to live. You can feel very safe here as are double gates that are fob access only. The grounds are kept very nice. It has a very large and lovely mini dog park and lots of poop stations around the property that are always stocked and maintained. The staff at the circle especially Carolina, Dan and Luisa take care of any need that I have by just walking in and letting them know what my issue is. They always handle my issues with a smile and positive attitude. They also have Starbucks cafés just make sure to bring a 16 ounce cup of your own. The grounds people and the maintenance people such as Anthony and Ricardo handle the issues that I have swiftly and professionally. They say it takes a village to keep a community in good shape and this is one of the best communities I’ve lived in in quite some time."

"We've enjoyed living here for the last 1.5 years! We love the area as it's really walkable and across from Hermann Park, super close to the museums. The staff are awesome in the leasing office. We love the lap pool when it's warm outside and the dog park. There are some restaurants within walking distance like Barnaby's and Bodega. The only issues we've had are minor and things you'll experience at any apartment complex."
