"Every time i came in the office the office staff is very professional and polite. The grounds are clean and they handle maintenance matters in a timely manner. Im glad i live here. Plus its on the bus line. And near shopping."

"Serious issues with maintenance. They let the head maintenance go. He had been here for years and knew everything. There is broken exterior glass kids can get cut on. Rusted stairs and beams that are loose. Playground is unsafe. Trash and glass everywhere. The backup maintenance man dont know how to fix anything. He cant do air conditioning. If he had a test he would fail miserably. The management and maintenance is terrible here. In fact there are some pretty big lawsuits pending for hurt children in the area. The electrical gates dont even work."

"Honestly I like the apartments, they keep them up pretty well, also, not too much going on as far as fighting and violence. I like the fact that security is present in property. I will say the only problem I do have is, how I'm a resident whom has paid rent, showed my car insurance in the office. And still getting my car towed!!!!! I have had my vehicle towed 6 times in 1 year!!! I'm poor, I can't afford that to continue to happen. No one cares about the situation in the office nor, corporate. It's been hard enough, I live here and can't park. Tell me how that makes any sense ?"
