"My roommate and I have now lived here for over 3 months and still don't have gas. Prior to move in, we had everything set up on our end with the utility company. Gas had been shut off in our unit for over a year before we moved in, so management has now been responsible for fixing it by calling the city for a new permit and having CenterPoint turn it on again. We have communicated this to everyone in the leasing office numerous times at this point and they assure they will take care of it and apologize, yet we never receive an update and our emails are ignored. Instead of listening to the problem and moving forward to have it resolved, they have passed it on to the next person or put it on the back burner. They have disregarded the fact that they hold any accountability for the issue by having us refill out the request for service and denying that gas in our unit had been shut off for over a year before our move in. We have been paying rent for a unit that is considered uninhabitable, and the leasing office has done nothing to make it right after 3+ months. We understand that this problem can take time, but why has there been little to no effort from management to resolve the problem or make things right?"

"The reviews are so misleading! I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but mine. I have lived here for a month now and absolutely love the community. My side of the building is calm and quiet. The management team is on top of their game. Other residents are very polite and respectful. This place is definitely a gem among a sea of terrible options."

"An amazing apartment complex that has everything you need. Great pool, Great gym, Great people. On top of this they have the best management staff I've ever encountered. Always super nice and they try to help when you have any issues. I had an issue with giving notice and instead of just saying you are wrong they worked with me to come up with a proper solution. Can't say enough about the building and staff. Sad to leave"

"Would give it no stars if possible. We have lived here for 3 months and our car was stolen. We chose this property because of the security measures. We felt safe. That’s no longer the case. There have been MULTIPLE crimes here just in the last month with no plan of action to prevent it to happen in the future. After a “Crime Awareness” meeting today, it just reassured me that this Property Management is a JOKE. Putting it on the responsibility of residents but at the same time saying that they don’t want us to be in danger. They have no intentions of making their residents feel safe and had every excuse in the book of why they can’t do anything to help the situation. As someone who works in Property Management, I understand policies and what “isn’t required” of them, however, good property management wouldn’t settle with the bare minimum and would take decent measures to make their residents feel secure even if it’s not required. If security measures aren’t in a Property Management’s budget, that is a red flag. Do not move here. We highly regret this decision and are disappointed that we still have a year on our lease. If you want to be gaslighted about your feelings, this is the place for you. I’d specifically recommend Nicole Gibson for that. She does a really good job at it."
