"These apartments are a great place to live in. I had some maintenance concerns that needed to be addressed right after I moved in and each time the staff was on it. Julie, my leasing agent, made sure the process was very painless to apply. She kept me updated on the whole process. The best thing is that the units are reasonably priced and the area has several conveniences nearby. The new manager Evelyn has been great with understanding my needs and addressing them. She is very personable and ensured me that she cares about my concerns. The apartments are pretty quiet to be in such a busy area. We love it here!!!"

"Since I have been here in February 2023, I have have issues with mold, no working fire detectors, leaks, pests and rodents in the walls, a broken window, damaged faucet handles, a front door that wouldn’t close, a refrigerator that leaks or over-freezes, and no one is willing to assist. The pool is also down which is also an issue. Do not move here. It is a waste of time and money. Most of your time and energy will be wasted on trying to repair the place yourself. My stairs is disconnected from the balcony. No safety rail covering the top of the stairs. Just a horrible experience. Tickets are submitted and then deleted for repairs. You will have to request assistance multiple times before anything is fixed. I am miserable and I work from home so I am here everyday dealing with this. Please do not move here. Water gets cuts off every other day for repairs. Lights flicker throughout the house and most of the wall sockets have shortages or are damaged. The images I have provided shows how sloppy the work was done when I moved in. It is not dirt build up on my counter. It is embedded into the countertop material that was placed on top. I’m pretty sure these apartments are not up to code. I hope I am able to get my deposit back once my lease is up. The images of the property online are extremely outdated. The security guards also put their hands on you and call you out your name without repercussions. It happened to my neighbor right across from me. They also do inspections way too many times. Feels like I’m in jail/ military. The property manager Tammy is no longer the property manager and no one was informed at all. Now that I have submitted my 60 day notice, they placed a resetting fee on my account stating that I had moved out early but threatened to kick me out today by 2:30pm. So I was informed to come up there. I had informed them that I get off at 3:30 and I would be up there by then. I arrived before 4 pm and was told that she was going to lunch and I sat up there and waited for an hour and she never returned. Update: my daughter’s car was just burglarized. 1/7/2024. The new manager is nice. No complaints with her."
"I have lived here for going on 2 years now. When I first moved in it was horrible. Infestation, air conditioners didn’t work right. The neighbors were horrible and loud. It was really bad. I was considering breaking my lease and leaving. Then came along new management and turned it all around. It has been a 360. Tammy has done so much work on this property when she took over. I do not have a roach problem anymore, the neighbors around me that were loud are gone, the maintenance teams have been so attentive and helpful. It has now been a delight to live here now. Thank you Tammy and all the staff for making this community a better place to live."
"I've been living here now for over 4years and would refer anyone to live here. The office customer service is amazing. The manager Tammy gets the jod done ASAP. SHE'S A SWEETHEART. I just love her. The only reason I will relocate is when I buy a house. But until then I'm not going anywhere. ❤️❤️❤️"
