"I have been at these apartments since they opened. I have yet to move because of the well managed property and it being so well maintained. If any small problem arises they are quick to resolve. It's a nice smaller community which I love. It's easy access to 45 makes it such a convent location to be and not to mention affordable compared to most luxury apt. Homes. I would highly recommend it here"

"Lived here for the last year and it was great! The community is beautiful, very clean, and safe. It's also in a wonderful area and you don't have to travel far to for groceries, entertainment, etc. Maintenance is extremely quick. The office management Daisy and Daniela, is very kind and understanding. My partner and I are only moving because we decided to purchase our first fixer upper house. I would have definitely stayed here forever if I could. Definitely going to miss this place!"

"Multi year resident here! First off people posting these harsh reviews are out of line and probably mad at older managers that have left. Mentioning people that haven't been here for half a year or more smh. This place is gorgeous. It is hard to find a place of this quality for a similar price without a trade off like cheap shows inputs or cruddy bathroom/kitchen countertops. It is Spacious! So spacious it's hard to see a difference in 1 vs 2 bedroom units on the tour. Premium marble countertops all around nice flooring and great layout. Manager Daniella and Assistant Manager, Deisy are some of the realistic approachable nicest property managers out there- I've known a lot. They are welcoming informative and friendly. They do a GREAT job Maintenance Salvador and Jose are always working staying busy. It's just them 2 and our community keeps them busy, they always come through though! I've seen 3 roaches in the last 2 years and it was only after a messy neighbor left. Live clean and your apartment will STAY clean. There is zero issue. Come in and check it out it's worth your time.:)"
