"I've been living here for 3 months and I'm so disappointed! At the beginning the community manager, Brandi, solved all the problems but the exterior building always look dirty in the hallways, unpleasant smells, the elevators are disgusting. I had high expectations. I had seen the reviews but I ignored them because I thought people were exaggerating but I should have given them importance. I wish everything could improve, they take more than 5 days to resolve the maintenance request if is not emergency I have 5 days with my zinc broken, my dryer is not working well and I have more than 1 month waiting to be changed they have issues with the maintenance of the building"

"Went to view an apartment leasing agent was so rude showed me only one unit and no amenities told me 0 zilch about the property. With me working in real estate I was disgusted by the treatment. This felt so racist did not go over application fees or anything just gave me a map and said bye so unprofessional. He definitely needs to be fired and take a first class ticket to hell!"

"I moved in right after the freeze a few years ago and have been here ever since. I love the staff and the amenities. While I think the price could be adjusted for the units, I have never had an issue with the property outside of someone taking my trash can one time lol. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe here."

"I've been living here since 2021 and outside of pests (because this is Texas and there is wildlife everywhere) I have enjoyed my time here. There have been several changes to the leasing office but the staff has always been helpful and kind. The maintenance crew responds quickly and resolves my issues easily. While some may not enjoy their time here, that simply has not been my experience. It's a good location, with friendly neighbors and I really like the amenities."

"I honestly wish I didn’t renew my lease. I have been living here since 2021 and these apartments are nothing life they used to be when they were owned by Greystar. No effort was made to repair or even clean my new unit before I moved in. The pest control sucks. Gates, elevators, and entry doors are always broken which gives security concerns. This has become a complex for college kids who have their music loud and smoke marijuana in common areas. The only positive thing I can say at this point is it’s in a good area and the leasing staff is cool. However for the price of the rent I feel like it is not worth it at all and it’s very frustrating paying this amount of money and having to deal with these type of issues regularly and to no avail."
