"I Stayed at the Riviere on MacGregor for two years. I just recently moved! However, aside from whatever situation you're in this is decent/okay apartment to move into whether you're a college student, or looking for somewhere not to far out and close to inner city with decent rent. they stay on top of maintenance work orders I havent really had a bad experience with my apartment aside from the light floors(Im pretty sure the people under me were frustrated whenever i walked) and the low water pressure in my kitchen sink(i never really complained about it). They have pest control that comes often, You may see a roach every now and then again that can happen at any apartment especially staying next to the bayou. Its a gated community, lots of friendly neighbors that looks out for one another. Ms, sherrie, the property manager is very helpful, Lupe the other property manager is very helpful as well. They understand that unfortunate situations happen so they will be open to working with you. all in all, its a decent apartment."

"I have lived here for over 5 years, and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The staff is friendly and willing to help, maintenance calls are answered in a timely manner and the units are clean and well priced. Sherri and Lupe are wonderful property managers. I would recommend this property to students or small families. It is a bit of a food desert on this side of town, but the area is developing."

"Easily one of the worst places I've ever lived. Its not uncommon to hear the sound of mice in the wall and the parking sucks. Now dealing with this isnt impossible especially when you're a student looking for a cheap place, however they will find a way to charge extra fees. The company that is in charge of auto pay consistently makes mistakes and you end up being charged for it. The only positive of living at this location is the low rent and the two wonderful women that work at the front, unfortunately they are powerless to do anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!"
