"Hilarious experience You got drunk tenants who drink and break the bottles in the parking which causes other tenants like me to have bursted tires. Also you have other tenants parking in your reserved spot that you are paying for. Last year I faced a problem where the air conditioner didn’t work for 3 weeks straight. My car got towed because of no visitors parking available and another drunk tenant parking in my spot. I had informed the guard about my car being parked at a spot and within 30 min my car was towed. But the drunk tenant who didn’t even have a reserved sticker wasn’t towed. No help from leasing office at all Never helped never will"

"Look good outside .inside is very bad everything breaks as u touch and the management dnt care 2fix it .but want the rent on time or $*** late fees. New management is greedy for money. this apartment are meant for rats cockroaches, flies, beetles, earwig, silverfish they just don't care"

"Seriously, my review was deleted! Like I said previously, these apartments are in extremely bad condition. Walls have mold, you lean on a wall and it breaks through, water leakage from the ceiling, water pours in through the windows when it rains, the door gets super heavy after a rainy day bc it gets full of water. We had a contract of ONE year and one month on going to our SIXTH month they decided to break our contract bc "the apartment were bought & are under new owners" & raised our rent $250 more. -0 STARS"

"The worst place to live there, is not safe, some people break into the apartments to rob, a lot of infestation, when you report something does not fix it or take few weeks. If the AC is broken for 1 or 2 weeks they don't care unless you pressure them with the City. I had very bad experience with my mail delivery, my packages delivered to the office many of them were lost. Also happened to several neighbors, I received notifications when my package arrived there, several times they denied and when I told them that someone had signed then they would take it from under their desk with any excuse. Many of my packages never been recovered, we had (some neighbors and I) to go to the Post Office and make a report of the robbery after being tired of the situation. I hope no one else is going through this abuse."
