"This is in response to the last review posted. I saw the kids destroying the bricks and noticed the manager asking the kids to please put back the rocks where they moved them from. I heard the kids yelling at Mr. Brice and I also noticed a woman hollering at him too. I have lived here for 2 years and every since Mr. Brice has been here the property has improved and looks much better. I love my apartment and the management. Ash and Brice go above their duties and we appreciate that."
"I went here to visit someone on 12/7 was there only 2 hours ( 5:20pm-8:15pm ) & someone bust my car window and broke into my vehicle. When calling the apartment the next morning 12/8 all they could say was I’m sorry. There is no cameras in the parking lot. Security is a joke."
"Good place to live. Good management. I recommend this property. I have lived here for 2 years. The property is clean and well taken care of. The office staff, especially Mr. Brice, is on top of it. He is the best manager i have ever had at an apartment. 5 stars! Would give 10 if i could!"
"Leasing staff is super friendly! Always take care of any issue promptly. Great at letting residents know about events and updates. Also, the rooms are great and the community is great."
"First apartment I’ve lived at. I enjoyed my space (1 bedroom) the first year. Second year we dealt with mice. So terrifying. I had just had my second baby and my 2 year old at the time it was a traumatic situation. I was told by one maintenance worker that it was because I was dirty and didn’t clean. Which was not true. FYI I ended up removing the mice from my apartment because all they did was close a hole that was behind the fridge where I believed it came from. Turns out when that hole was closed the mice must’ve been housing inside my home elsewhere. My 2 year old also got MRSA at this time. It was scary to know we had a mice living with us. Feces EVERYWHERE. I never dealt with roaches, thankfully. People didn’t clean after their dogs. My first year neighbors downstairs, let their dog poop on their balcony. I never went to my balcony after I noticed. Mailboxes were broke into multiple times. My sister was a visitor and her driver side window was broken into. Called the office they said they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t worth over a certain amount. My packages were stolen from second floor apartment and I’ve had my grocery deliveries stolen. I once approached the neighbor that took my stuff and he denied it, wish I would have snitched on all the weed they would smoke. Also, let me not forget how the weed (from another neighbor) smell would seep through the vents into my apartment on the daily, and I would be furious because I had a newborn and a toddler. Lastly, the pool was closed most of the year LOL. Didn’t go once in my two years there. We moved out a couple months back and I appreciated Miguel and Ash’s treatment towards my family, they were always kind and respectful. If you look closely at the image with the baking soda you can see tiny footprints."
