"As I looked for apartments, I heavily relied on ratings to help with my decision making. Please read this rating for it could help pick your next future apartment. This place has been the best, I have lived here for about 2+ years and it has been amazing. I feel so safe here, you will almost always see security cars patrolling around day AND night. Have a problem within your unit? Maintenance will be at your door the same day. I have never had a time where I put in a request and they did not respond to the matter right away. The workers in the office and maintenance crew are so helpful it has been wonderful. The location is also amazing, you will live right next to an H-E-B, literal minutes away from Kroger, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, and more! I have never had any problems with break ins. They keep the property well maintained and offer little get togethers for holidays or just for fun. I think a lot of the negative reviews are older and that explains for the rating it has right now, but I am telling you this place is a 5+."

"Lived here for 12 years and had absolutely no complaints. One of the best maintained communities inside the loop with wide open landscapes and a lot of greenery. The front desk is amazing- all are very polite and ever ready to help. Elsa was great with our in-community transfers and also the move out. The service staff is excellent- Jorge and Fidel are reliable and dependable servicemen. Can’t comprehend the sub 4.0 reviews on Google- it is 5 stars and above for me and my family. We often used to stroll inside the community and take in fresh air amidst the greenery and go walking to H-E-B which is literally next door. Lovely place and lovely neighbours, and a lovely stay for over a decade."

"I loved my time living at Memorial Heights at Washington! The apartment was spacious and well taken care of. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests in a caring and courteous manner. I loved having a full pantry closet and I felt like I had plenty of storage throughout. It is a fairly quiet community (except on nice days when the pool is busy) and everyone I encountered was kind. The location is PERFECT in so many ways. The only cons I can speak on would be the outdated remodeling and the insane increase in rent. The property wanted to raise my rent by at least $400 which would push the price to $1,400+. I believe this is too much to pay for a 1bx1b without an in-unit washer and dryer."
