"I rent from Heights Collection which is the management company for several locations. I would like to warn possible tenants as there is no management team that will properly assist issues. I regularly talk to my neighbors who all have maintenance issues from broken washer/dryer in unit to no running water. I’ve personally had my broken a/c ignored for over a week, a broken handle that prevented me from showering ignored for a month and a broken dryer for almost a year. They also raised my rent when I renewed just to ignore our property completely. I get timely reminders and follow ups to pay my rent on time while management seems irritated with my daily calls for maintenance requests. I am irritated having to make them. I’ve been paying for a unit that doesn’t have working amenities for a year now. Please save yourself the trouble."
