White Oak Highline Apartments

"My mom had a scheduled tour at this apartment. The leasing consultant advised her to call 15 minutes prior to the tour to let them know that she was on the way. She attempted to call the leasing consultant about 20 minutes prior the tour but she kept getting a “call cannot be completed” message. We attempted to call the main number several times but only got an automated telephone tree. We’ve tried several options and eventually a maintenance guy returned my mom’s call. He stated that if no one answers the main line then that means the leasing office staff is busy. He also stated that the leasing office is NOT at this location, which already seems like a red flag. He told us he will attempt to get a hold of the leasing staff to meet us at the location for a tour. We waited about 10 minutes and decided that if the leasing staff does not put potential new tenants as a priority, they definitely would not treat residents well. We never received any phone call back for someone to meet us. After reading all the reviews on Google, I’m glad we signed with a different apartment complex."

"Management has changed, and it’s noticeable. The air that is typically turned on in the breezeway and stairwell has been off for weeks, if not a month. The garage door has been broken since they took over. There is no number to reach them directly, emails go unanswered. Residents don’t throw their trash down the trash chute, it smells bad in the hallways due to trash. For as much as we pay here, we’re certainly not getting our bang for the buck. Save yourself the headache. & to mirror some previous comments, yes they just go in your unit without notice. Update 9/26 improvements have been made."

"I scheduled a tour and they no-showed and ghosted me. But the apartments look nice. Edit (response to company response): I emailed I was running late, arrived just five minutes late, and called your number twice eight minutes and twelve minutes after the showing time with no response during business hours. The company also leaves misleading responses to online reviews."

"Hello l, We have been living in white oak Highline since 9/11/21 and have been having extreme issues since the beginning of our lease. I am attaching my most recent Yelp review update and if you would like you can see the original post on Yelp as well. (Hey guys update review 4/25. Since my last post we have continued to have the same leak after repeated "attempts" to fix the roof/ceiling (pictures below) and have put in multiple maintenance request with no response. Our sink has fallen into the storage below and it took 2 months to actually fix (pictures below) and to put a Cherry on top the have not changed the dog park trash can liner in around 1-2 months (pictures also below). Our property manager has magically quit lol wonder if it had something to do with all the issues with not just our unit. And after being contact by the regional manager after my previous post we were compensated for the leak and was asked to update my review. So here it is! 0/10 do not move into these units your time and money will not be respected and they will fall through on their end of the contract (to maintain the units when issues arise in a timely manor) I hope this at least saves a few of you from making the same mistake we did when we chose this "boutique" apartment complex.)"
