"I’ve lived at Parkview for three months and so far the experience has been great. The property is well-maintained, has excellent amenities and all the other residents I’ve met have been friendly and welcoming. I looked at a LOT of rentals when I moved to the Houston and this was by far the best balance between quality of the property, location and reasonable rent. The team have been really great, consistently friendly, professional and very responsive. Special shoutout to Gina who welcomed me on the first day and is always a great help and a friendly face."
"My wife and I recently went on a tour of Hanover Parkview led by Joseph. His communication skills are exceptional, and he effortlessly guided us through the tour, providing us with a wealth of information about the property. Joseph's vast knowledge of the apartment and the surrounding area made the experience not only informative but also enjoyable. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the tour feel more like a conversation with a trusted friend than a formal property viewing. What truly set Joseph apart was his genuine commitment to assisting us. He took the time to understand our preferences and needs, tailoring the tour to showcase the aspects of the property that would be most appealing to us. It's clear that Joseph takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his clients! Thank you so much, Parkview is very high on my list after this!"
"Regina and Gerard at Hanover Parkview provide an incredible experience from the initial tour all the way through my initial move in. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service make every interaction an incredible experience. They make everyone feel valued and create a sense of community among the residents. I also love the apartment and the amenities."
"Update: I am so happy to call this place home. The customer service Tiffany and the staff here is exceptional. Retail restaurants are open! They hosted a HH for the residents at both restaurants and the food and drinks were complimentary & DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to see everything else opening. Location is perfect, I love my apartment, and I love the park. I toured 4 other properties nearby and this was my favorite so far! Tiffany was AWESOME!!! Hands down the best building with highest customer service."
"Want to learn about construction, well Hanover Parkview has you covered!! Want to listen to jackhammers, saws, drills, hammers, bulldozers, excavators and fire alarms then come on down! No need to set an alarm, you will be woken up just before 7:00 am by the beeping of the bulldozers backing up and starting their day. The construction crews take over the sidewalks/streets, leave trash, crates of materials, nails, washers and screws all over. We have had SIX false fire alarms in the span of 5 days. The alarm times range from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm, so they keep you on your toes. Residents are warned, if at all, after the alarms have gone off, or are going off and told just to ignore them, as the retail space is doing tests/repairs. If you work from home this is a complete nightmare and embarrassing to constantly have to abandon conference calls to evacuate. Your poor pets will be just as stressed by the alarms as you are. Parking around the building went from being free to metered, so your guests will have to pay $7 for 3 hours and be required to move to a different zone after that time has expired. The office has advised guests can park on the first floor, but that is always full with residents and construction crew vehicles. The windows don’t reduce noise at all. Not only do you hear all the construction noise, after the crews leave at 4 pm you can clearly hear traffic driving down W Dallas all night."
