"Cold water, dirty and damaged parking lot, Speed bumps that will destroy your suspension, hot water that randomly turns off and won’t come on until days later. creaky floors and water logged ceilings. basically you’re paying rent to not have reliable service or resources way below living standards. if this is your only option.. please choose the streets at least you’ll know you won’t have any amenities available to you. i hope it burns down cause that’s the only way you’ll get someone to repair something here. happy home hunting. -resident"

"I would give these apartments a negative one star if I could. When I first moved in my AC stopped working, ceiling fan fell, floor was leaking and roaches everywhere. These people like to run game on you. These apartments not worth no ones money. For this to be my first apartment, it was hell. The people in the office like to get smart with you. It was problems after problems. I couldn't wait until my lease was up. Be careful with these people."

"I had to delete my 1 star review to say this. Yes these apartments have issues. The question is are Management willing to make it better? The answer is yes. The new Manager Christina went above and beyond to remedy all my issues from the previous management. Everyone in that office genuinely cares. Just give them a chance"

"Especially during this pandemic it’s been very difficult for me and my boyfriend to be able to go and look at apartments and actually feel safe, but the moment I was able to walk into the doors to the office Liz greeted me warmly with a mask and had sanitizer near by. Masks are required to enter and tour the community. She helped show us all the different floorplans that they had. I do have to say, I absolutely love the main office, it had a very fun country vibe to it. The location of the apartments is kind of tucked back behind the main streets which is really nice because it seems very quiet. My boyfriend and I are trying to save some money so finding a two bedroom apartment under $1000 was definitely a win for us. The pool was a nice size and very clean. I’m sure a lot of that had to do with the pool being closed due to covid, but regardless I have been to some apartments that haven’t maintained their pools just because no one is allowed in it, so that definitely is a plus. I’m sure whenever it’s time for the pool to reopen, I’ll definitely be the first person to try it out! I can’t wait to move into these apartments and thank you so much Liz for helping us find a place that we feel most comfortable!"
